ASPIRE55 Singapore – Asia’s first virtual retirement village, is a wellbeing community for older adults over 55 years old. Designed by a team of young and energetic facilitators, ASPIRE55 offers a combination of social, health and care services that are typically available at a physical retirement village, whilst the members can continue living in their existing homes.
“We hope to demonstrate the effectiveness of regular exercise on older adults in Singapore. In the process of doing so, we aim to create a community of like-minded older adults who are committed towards increasing their muscle strength as they age. Like our partners in Finland, we believe it’s possible to be stronger as we age”, says Ms Loke Yiing Ching, Managing Director, ASPIRE55 Pte Ltd, Singapore.
